Because we believe in collaboration, kindness and supporting each other, we do not limit our members to one business per industry either. No one person can work with everyone, and sometimes having a business buddy who truly understands what you do is the best thing ever!
The Trusted Brand Club is a community built on respect for all. We celebrate different opinions, different ways of doing business, different cultures, neurodiversity's, disabilities and everyone's own unique way of showing up. What we won't tolerate is bullying or unkindness, and we reserve the right to remove anyone who doesn't respect that.
What happens in the club?
Every week looks a little different, so there is something for everyone & every schedule.
Morning coffee & social hour - a relaxed catch-up to start the week off right.
Lunch & networking - grab a bite and get to know each other better, share referrals, create collaborations, etc. Consider this informal relationship building.
Pub evening - for those who work alone all day, and want to spend some informal time with other professionals just like you.
Small-biz afternoon - sign up to have a table space, hold on-the-spot discovery calls, discuss possible collaborations or referral opportunities, get to know each others business better, co-work, or just get things done alongside others
* Note drinks & food are not included, but may be available for an additional cost. If a venue charges a fee for dedicated space or large groups, the cost will be split by those attending and will be announced in advance so there is no surprise.

We will do our best to reserve a space for you but please remember to sign up early as it will be first come first served. Once you are a founding member, you will remain on the same monthly membership fee for as long as you are a consecutive member, even if prices increase in the future. To be considered an active member, you need to be up-to-date on your monthly membership fee and have not had a break in months. Hi, I'm Joanne
I've spent over 25 years working in visual communications, and I've spent most of that time watching brilliant, capable entrepreneurs hide or downplay themselves because they don't feel comfortable being "on show." I get it and can relate. I know what it's like when visibility feels like too much, and marketing feels like a performance you never signed up for.
I run Joanne Moorhouse Creative in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, but work with clients around the world. Most of my clients are camera-shy, neurodivergent or just plain over-worked/overwhelmed professionals that are struggling to find enough hours in the day to get everything done and still spend time with their family and friends. I've worked in a variety of industries and with a wide variety of clients so you can feel confident that I will probably understand where you are coming from so you don't have to start from scratch. Each and every client of mine is an individual person, which is why I take the time to get to know each and every one of them, as well as their businesses, goals, etc so we can create a plan that works for them (not a generic template that they need to fit into). Honest support to help you show up as you, because that's what people actually trust.
I started The Trusted Brand Club in late 2026 because I wanted a space that felt like that too. Somewhere you can turn up, have a proper conversation, and leave feeling a bit lighter, not a bit more exhausted. Whether that's over a coffee, lunch or evening at the pub in Thirsk or during one of our 60-minute online calls, you're very welcome exactly as you are.
