Your Coaching Session Is Four Days Away. You Need a Solution Now
(For transparency, this issue is about a brand new service which may be of interest to you.)

Your coaching session Is four days away. You need a solution now!
It’s 8pm on a Tuesday and you’ve just finished a long shift. There’s a situation at work you’re not sure how to handle and you’re too tired to think clearly. You need a sounding board, but your next coaching session is Thursday... next Thursday! By then, the moment will have passed. You’ll have either muddled through it or made a call you’re not confident about. You’ll then spend your Thursday session doing a slightly awkward recap of something that no longer feels urgent, and paying for an hour you didn’t quite need.
I hear this often. Heck, I have even felt this myself. Not just vets either, although vet professionals describe this exact experience more than almost anyone else.
Long shifts.
Unpredictable hours.
The kind of decisions that need thinking through now, not next week. Traditional coaching wasn’t built for the way you actually work. This got me thinking, and is what drove me to create something different.
In-The-Moment Coaching is exactly what it sounds like. When you hit a wall professionally, strategically, creatively, you message your coach and get a solution faster.
No appointment.
No juggling calendars.
No sitting on a problem for days when you need to sort it NOW!.
Simply message your coach on the shared coaching platform. Share what you’re working through, what you’ve already tried, where you’re stuck.
Your coach picks up any coaching questions during their daily coaching hours, allowing time to focus specifically on your question or concern without distraction, and then sends you a detailed, personalised response (usually within 24 hours instead of days) so you can get unstuck and move on quicker. That’s it.
No hour-long calls to squeeze in.
No waiting rooms.
Just real support, when you actually need it.
So is this really better than traditional coaching sessions?
I believe it is. I set aside specific hours throughout the week (to accomodate as many time zones and schedules as possible) so there’s structure. Structure that works around your schedule rather than mine.
Early mornings coaching hours for those who are up before the rest of the world. Lunchtime slots for people who only have a window between appointments. Evening hours for late-shift workers, or anyone who (like me) does their best thinking after 7pm. Even Saturday mornings, for those whose weeks are genuinely unpredictable. Simply message your coach when you have a question, and they will answer it during the next coaching hours (which are offered daily).
So, who is this for, and who would be better with a traditional session?
It’s not for everyone, and I don't pretend it is. We all have different ways of learning that work for us. If you love the predictability of a regular one hour call on Zoom and find that structure useful, there’s nothing wrong with that (and I offer individual sessions for those who do). If you’re finishing a shift at 8pm and need to think something through during tonights evening coaching hour, or if you’re building a business across time zones and struggle to find a coaching slot that doesn’t require someone to set an alarm in the middle of the night, this could be the solution. Also, for my neurodivergent entrepreneurs who find the thought of an hour-long video call on someone else’s schedule is genuinely overwhelming, In-The-Moment Coaching could be perfect for you.
So how do you access this style of coaching?
I've created two ways to access it.
Tier 1 (from £67/month)
Up to four coaching messages a month, with detailed personalised responses (usually within 24 hours). Any time zone, any schedule. This straightforward, flexible option offers you consistent guidance when you need it, without a big commitment.
Tier 2 / Inner Circle (from £147/month)
Everything in Tier 1, plus unlimited messages (within reason), priority responses, a semi-annual brand audit, monthly content calendar prompts, guest expert masterclasses, a growing resource library, and a referral programme that rewards you for recommending us to colleagues and friends, and so much more. It’s for those who want more depth in your investment, more accountability, and more momentum.
Both tiers run on a 12-month minimum term and come with a 30-day peace of mind guarantee, because I’d rather you find out quickly if this isn’t right for you than stay in something that isn’t working. I also offer flexible payment terms across both (monthly, quarterly, or annual upfront for the best rate).
So, the next time you’re in the middle of a shift, have a problem, or have a quick question that has you stuck, and your next coaching session is days away, you now have somewhere to go to get you unstuck and moving forward quicker.

We'll explore if this style of coaching is right for you, and if so, which level of support actually fits your life.
