If you've followed me for a while, you might notice some changes coming. New look, new website, some new ways of talking about what I do. I want to tell you why, because it matters, and because it doesn't change the most important thing: I'm still here for you.
Why rebrand at all?
Rebranding isn't about chasing something shiny and new. It's about making sure the outside messaging matches the inside. Businesses grow. The people we help grow too. Sometimes the words and the look you started with stop fitting the work you actually do now. That's where I've landed. A rebrand is a chance to get clearer with your message To drop what's confusing and keep what works. It's not starting over. It's catching up with who you've already become.
Who I help (the simple version)
I help business owners get seen and get heard, without pretending to be someone they're not. That might mean you're camera shy and you find it easier to put it off rather than go ahead and have a professional photoshoot. It might mean you're neurodivergent and most "just be confident on camera" advice wasn't built with your brain in mind. Or, it might mean you're neither of those things, just a busy professional who knows they need better photos and clearer marketing, but can't find the time or the energy to do it in a way that feels honestly like you.
Whoever you are on that list, I'm still here for you That's not changing. If anything, it's getting clearer. I work with photography and coaching side by side, because looking right and sounding right online doesn't help if you struggle the process behind it. My job is to simplify this process.
What's staying exactly the same
• I still work with camera-shy business owners.
• I still work with neurodivergent business owners.
• I still work with busy entrepreneurs who just need this sorted without a huge time cost.
• I still work with independent vet practices because trust is crucial and time is limited.
• I'm still one person, based in North Yorkshire, doing the work predominently myself, but with trusted industry professionals brought in when needed., because collaboration is important to me and no one can specialise in all areas of branding, marketing, design and PR.
What's coming
Behind the scenes, I've been building a refreshed website, so keep an eye out for that. There will be new and refreshed services rolling out over the coming months too. I'll share more on those as they're ready, rather than all at once.
Brand Day - save your spot on the waitlist
I'm planning a half day event in Thirsk called Building a Trusted Brand. Think a small group of professionals, a hands-on workshop and mini brand photoshoot, plus networking and lunch, all in one relaxed afternoon. Spaces will be limited so it is hands-on and a more personal vibe, so I'm opening a waitlist first. If you'd like first refusal and early bird pricing when booking opens, make sure to join my online community which has been re-branded as The Trusted Brand Club and/or e-newslatter and get on the list. This will be held this autumn with a date to be announced in due course.
There's also a new 12-month programme in the works, and as with the brand day above, newsletter subscribers and community members will hear about it, and get early bird pricing, before anyone else.
There is another book in the works... following on from my latest book and companion workbook "Trust At First Sight", I am currently working on a new book on branding. This one will focus on helping those who are camera-shy or struggle with being visible, to come out of the shadows authentically and in a way that is right for them. There will also be a program to accompany the book for those wanting my help and support so they don't struggle with it any longer.
Want to be first to know?
Join my newsletter list, or hop into my community, The Trusted Brand Club. That's where I'll first share the refreshed website reveal, new services as they land, Building a Trusted Brand Day booking and early bird pricing, and early access to my new 12 month programme following my signature Seen and Trusted Pathway.
Quick tip to try
Pick one place your brand shows up right now - your profile photo, your website homepage, your last social post, and ask yourself one question: does this actually look and sound like me? If the answer is no, don’t fix everything today. Just make a note of the one thing that feels most off. That’s your starting point for when the new site and services land.
